Tracey Dear founded Dear Productions in 1998 with a desire to use his vast knowledge of event lighting to pursue architectural projects.

The Portal serves as a digital gateway through the arts. It is a platform for civic and cultural expression as well as for public engagement.

Lights On Tampa 2011

On Saturday, February 19, 2011,  Lights On Tampa attendees experienced new media art at  their own pace in and around Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park
