The St. Petersburg Times Newspaper in Education (NIE) program is a cooperative effort between schools and the Times to promote the use of newspapers as an educational resource. The St. Petersburg Times will to create an educational publication to be used in conjunction with the Lights On Tampa event.  This curriculum will be created to engage middle school students and adults.

Look for the NIE in the Hillsborough edition of th St. Petersburg Times on Sunday, February 13, 2011 and the Friday, February 18, 2011 edition of the tbt*.
